About Me<\/h1>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

For many years, I have been moving in spaces where people take responsibility, make decisions, and live with the tensions that arise from them.<\/p>

As an entrepreneur and consultant, I have supported executives, teams, and organizations in very different situations.<\/p>

It was never just about structures or solutions, but always about people. About their questions, their doubts, their strength, and their vulnerability. Likewise, about their expectations, objectives, and inner images of what work, responsibility, and success should look like. And about the field of tension that arises when people find themselves in roles or corporate cultures that suit them, or not.<\/p>

In addition, there are external influences that have a noticeable effect on many people today. Economic upheavals, technological developments, and social changes are transforming working environments and creating uncertainty, pressure, or silent worry. These levels also shape the inner experience and influence my work.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

I am interested in what moves people in their innermost being. What sustains them. And what sometimes throws them off balance. I have experienced how easily one can get lost in roles, expectations, and goals, and how important it is to have spaces where one can reconnect with oneself.<\/p>

My approach is characterized by attentive listening, presence, and the confidence that what is essential often shows itself where it cannot be named immediately. In between. In the unspoken. In the felt. That is exactly where clarity, orientation, and real change arise for me.<\/p>

In addition to my passion for entrepreneurial thinking and strategic issues, my heart beats for non-profit research projects dedicated to people. I am deeply convinced that exploring and developing experiential spaces that enable integration, healing, and responsible development is beneficial for the greater good. I believe that this project research helps many people. And I am happy about every person who is ready to get involved and participate.<\/p>

I love family, people, nature, and animals. I know about the ups and downs of life and treat others with respect for their respective paths.
