Projects

Andreía’s projects are dedicated to transitions in human life. Transitions after shock, after intense experiences, in phases of responsibility, or in times of loneliness and reorientation. The focus is not on the event itself, but on the space afterwards. The space where experiences can be understood, classified, and integrated into one’s own life.
The projects are also understood as experience-based research spaces in which individual processes are accompanied and reflected with mindfulness, respect, and methodological clarity.

The research focuses on the experiential spaces of consciousness, as well as the attitudes and inner movements from which integration, orientation, and a coherent classification of inner experiences can arise during transitional phases.

The resulting insights serve to deepen the understanding of human transitions and are further developed exclusively in anonymized, context-related form.

All projects are non-profit oriented. They see themselves as offers of attitude, not as services, and are aimed at people who want to deal with themselves and their role in the world in a conscious, respectful, and non-judgmental way.

Project Field 1: Research and Integration Spaces

Natural medicine, consciousness research, and sustainable anchoring of inner experiences

This project area combines research perspectives with supportive and integrative approaches.
It is dedicated to the exploration of natural medicine, such as medicinal mushrooms and other traditional plants, as well as traditional knowledge systems from various cultures. The focus is also on the question of how intense inner experiences can be sustainably, respectfully, and stably integrated into everyday life.

Andreía is particularly interested in the interplay of traditional experiential knowledge, contemporary reflection, and current research. This also includes a differentiated consideration of conscious experiential spaces, as described in the context of natural medicine research approaches, including in the context of microdosing and macrodosing, always embedded in responsibility, context, and integration.

The focus is on transitions after shock, crises, or profound inner experiences, as well as the conditions under which orientation, dignity, and inner stability can grow again.

Research projects can take place both in groups and in individual contexts. They are individually tailored to the respective needs, life situations, and questions.

Findings are not evaluated or generalized, but carefully classified and, where appropriate, anonymized and made available to the common good in a context-related manner.

Topics such as war experiences, violence, abuse at various levels, addiction, toxic relationships, as well as existential crises, traumas, and private and professional disorientation, are not considered in isolation, but located in the larger context of healing, integration, and human dignity.

Project Field 2: Community and Present Everyday Support

Transitions do not have to be walked alone.

This project field is aimed at people who are in phases of loneliness, reorientation, or inner overwhelm and who desire human, supportive companionship in everyday life.

Support can take many forms.

Walking together, conversations, silent presence, structure in everyday life, or support with new steps. It is not tied to a specific location and does not follow a fixed method.

Andreía understands community not as a program, but as an attitude.

As presence without expectation, without evaluation, and without a target.

This project does not replace therapeutic or medical support.

It sees itself as a complementary, human space in which connection, self-efficacy, and trust can be experienced again.

Project Field 3: Conscious Leadership and Strategic Clarification

Inner clarity as the basis for effective leadership

This project field is aimed at leaders, entrepreneurs, and decision-makers who are in complex professional or social transition phases, as well as those who are concerned with the strategic orientation of their company environment or the current leadership team.

The focus is on the inner clarification of role, attitude, orientation, and vision.

It is about questions of responsibility, decision-making ability, and inner coherence in multifaceted contexts, both in the current and in the future orientation of one’s own role, the leadership team, or the company.

Andreía accompanies these reflection processes as equals, with a deep understanding of organizational, economic, strategic, and human contexts.

In selected contexts, consciousness-altering experiential spaces can also be part of this reflection, always embedded in careful preparation, clear classification, and mindful integration.

The support does not follow a fixed procedure, but is individually tailored to the respective initial situation.

It sees itself as a space in which insight, prioritization, orientation, and visionary perspectives can emerge, without specifications, without promises, and without pressure to meet expectations.

Even the unexpected can be given space.
