The protection of your personal data is of particular concern to the Institut Viehauser – Kunst & Kulturverein zur Förderung der Gesundheitspflege. Personal data is processed exclusively within the framework of the statutory provisions, in particular the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

for the management of memberships based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR
for the fulfillment of legal obligations in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c GDPR
to protect the legitimate interests of the association in the context of public relations in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR, derived from the Austrian Law on Associations 2002 and the association statutes

Member administration
Personal data of members is processed to fulfill the non-profit goals of the association. This includes in particular:

Member administration and support
Invoicing and payment management of membership fees
Communication within the scope of the association’s work
Networking among members
Public relations of the association

The personal data processed is that which is provided in the application form, supplemented by the necessary payment data and – in the case of voluntary participation in projects – photo, audio or video material. The data is managed manually or in suitable administration and organization systems. If external IT service providers or administration software are used, corresponding order processing agreements exist in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR. The data is stored for the duration of the membership and beyond in accordance with statutory retention periods, generally seven years after the end of the membership.

Contacting us
When you contact us by e-mail, telephone or contact form, the data you provide will be used exclusively to process the request and will not be passed on without your consent.

Photo, audio and video recordings
Photo, audio and video recordings may be taken as part of events or projects. These serve the public relations of the association and may be published on the website, in social media or in print media. Participation in events where recordings are made is voluntary. If you do not wish to be recorded or have been accidentally depicted, please contact the association. Corresponding material will be removed immediately.

Disclosure of data
Your personal data will only be transmitted to contracted IT service providers if this is necessary for the operation of the website or the administration of the association. Data will not be passed on to other third parties unless there is a legal obligation to do so.
